Note to Exhibitors: VASA will mail all exhibiting companies a registration form to register the allowable number of representatives for the meeting, based on the level of support.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES - Reservations may be made by calling 800-266-9432and requesting the Vascular Access Hemodialysis 13th Symposium or VASA group rate.
All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival. A deposit of the first night’s room and tax is required by prepayment on a major credit card at the time of the reservation. This rate is only available to Symposium attendees and registration for the meeting is required.
RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE - Rooms will be available at the VASA discounted group rate until the room block is sold-out. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis
until the VASA block is sold-out.
